Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete the data the Elevate Platform (owned and operated by Elevate Real Estate Team LLC) holds for you, including any data associated with a connected Facebook or Instagram account. We honor all deletion requests.
Delete your Facebook / Instagram connection data
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram business account, we store only the access tokens and connected-account identifiers needed to publish content you create. You can remove this data in any of these ways:
1. Disconnect inside the Platform (instant)
Go to Marketing Center → Social Media Studio → Channels and click Remove next to the account. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored tokens and connection records for that account.
2. Remove the app from Facebook
In Facebook go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find Elevate Platform, and click Remove. Facebook will notify us and we delete the connection data we hold for you.
3. Email us a deletion request
Email support@theelevateagent.com from the email on your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Delete your entire Elevate account & data
To delete your full Elevate account and all associated data, email support@theelevateagent.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and permanently delete your data.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account information (name, email, phone, photo, credentials).
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) access tokens and connected-account records — these are revoked and permanently deleted from our systems.
- Google (Gmail/Calendar) OAuth tokens and any other integration tokens.
- Your contacts, leads, notes, tasks, saved searches, and CRM activity.
- Your marketing content, campaigns, designs, and social-post records stored in the Platform.
- Your transaction records and uploaded documents (subject to legal retention below).
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where we are legally or contractually required to — for example, real-estate transaction and financial records that brokerages must keep for a statutory period, and records needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Retained records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose. All Meta/Facebook and Instagram tokens and connected-account data are deleted in full and are never subject to retention.
Processing time
In-app disconnects take effect immediately. Email-based deletion requests are completed within 30 days of identity verification, and we confirm completion by email.
Meta access-token revocation
When you disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account (in-app, by removing the app in Facebook, or by request), the associated access token is revoked and permanently deleted from our systems and is no longer usable to access any Meta data.

Note: The Elevate Platform never stores your Facebook/Instagram private messages or personal profile content — we only request the minimum permissions required to publish to the Pages you authorize, so there is no message or personal-profile data to delete.
