About the Elevate Platform

Elevate Platform is proprietary software developed, owned, and operated by Elevate Real Estate Team LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.

Elevate Platform provides CRM, transaction management, marketing, agent websites, social-media publishing, MLS access, and productivity tools for licensed real estate professionals affiliated with the Elevate team. Elevate Platform is owned and operated by Elevate Real Estate Team LLC and is used by members of the Coldwell Banker Realty | Elevate team.

"Coldwell Banker Realty" is the affiliated real-estate brokerage brand under which the team's agents hold their licenses. It is a separate entity and does not own or operate this software; any Coldwell Banker branding shown in the Platform reflects that brokerage affiliation only.

Third-party integrations

The Platform integrates with approved third-party services — including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Zillow, MLS systems, and other business applications — as authorized by each individual user. Each integration is optional, is enabled by the user, and uses only the access needed to deliver the feature the user turns on.

What the Platform does with Facebook & Instagram

Agents can optionally connect their own Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account to publish marketing content (posts, Reels, and Stories) they create in the Platform. The integration follows a least-privilege model: it uses only the minimum permissions required to publish, accesses only the Pages and Instagram accounts the agent explicitly authorizes, and never accesses private messages or personal profile content. See our Privacy Policy for full detail, the Meta App Review page for the integration walkthrough, and the Data Deletion page to remove your data.
